How it works

How Murray Capholm Works: Registration and Onboarding

Murray Capholm is an AI-assisted market intelligence and guided onboarding experience. This page explains what happens after you register, who is responsible for what, and where every decision stays with you.

The onboarding process, step by step

Five clear stages. Registering costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and does not open a trading account.

1

You register your interest

Complete the short registration form on our home page with your name, email address and mobile number. That is all we ask for at this stage. There is no fee and no obligation to continue.

2

Your enquiry is reviewed

We check that your details are complete and work out which services are actually relevant to you. Availability differs by location, so this step matters: not every feature or provider is offered in every country.

3

You receive an introduction

A member of the Murray Capholm team makes contact to explain what is available, answer your questions and walk you through the AI-assisted market intelligence features in plain English. We will not ask you to deposit money in order to have that conversation.

4

You review the detail before deciding

You are given the terms, fees, verification requirements and risk disclosures that apply to anything you are introduced to, including services operated by a participating provider. Take as long as you need to read them.

5

You decide whether to proceed

If you want to continue, you complete the provider’s own application directly with that provider. If you would rather not, you simply stop there. Both outcomes are perfectly normal.

Who does what: Murray Capholm and participating providers

This is the most important thing to understand before you register. Murray Capholm introduces and explains. A separate, independent provider does the regulated work of holding money and executing orders.

Murray Capholm does not hold client money, does not place trades, does not manage portfolios and is not a licensed broker or financial adviser. Where another organisation provides a service, that organisation’s own terms, fees, verification requirements and regulatory status apply, and you should confirm them directly with that organisation before opening any account.

What we can and cannot tell you in advance

Being straight about the limits is part of the service.

What we can do

  • Explain the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Show how AI-assisted analysis organises large volumes of market information.
  • Describe the markets people commonly look at: shares, indices, foreign exchange, commodities and digital assets.
  • Point you to the risk information you should read before deciding.
  • Tell you who to approach if a question belongs with a provider rather than with us.

What we cannot do

  • Promise a profit, an income or a particular outcome.
  • Predict where a market is going.
  • Guarantee that a given feature or provider is available where you live.
  • Guarantee verification, funding or withdrawal timeframes set by a provider.
  • Give you personal financial advice or tell you what to buy or sell.

How AI supports the process without taking over

AI is used to organise information so that it is easier to read. It is not used to make decisions on your behalf.

  • Grouping and summarising large volumes of price, volume and news data into something readable.
  • Highlighting notable movements, volatility and recurring news themes across markets.
  • Translating technical indicators and market jargon into plain-English explanations.
  • Providing context rather than instructions, so you can form your own view.

AI models work from historical and current data. They cannot see the future, they can be wrong, and they do not reduce market risk. Murray Capholm does not run an automated trading robot, does not monitor live positions and does not take control of any account. Human judgement stays with you at every point.

What to expect after you register

No surprises, no pressure, and no hidden next step.

Contact by email or phone

We use the details you give us to make contact. We cannot promise a specific response time, and we do not run a 24/7 support desk.

No pressure to fund anything

You will never need to deposit money to speak with us, and we will not push you towards a decision or a deadline.

A written record if you prefer

Tell us you would rather keep everything in writing and we will keep the conversation to email, so you have a record you can re-read.

Registration takes a couple of minutes and begins an introductory conversation, not a trading account.

Get Started With Murray Capholm

Registration begins an introductory process. Features and service availability may depend on location and provider.

Risk notice. Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone: you can lose some or all of the money you commit, and leveraged products can increase losses. Nothing here is personal financial advice. More detail on risk and safety.
