What Happens After Registering With Murray Capholm
No mystery and no surprises. Exactly what happens after you submit the form, in the order it happens.
The most common reason people hesitate over a registration form is not risk. It is not knowing what happens next. So here it is, plainly.
Immediately: you submit four fields
First name, last name, email address and mobile number, plus a tick to confirm you have read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. That is all we ask for on this website. We do not ask for identity documents, bank details or payment information, and we never will by email or message.
Submitting the form does not open a trading account, does not create an account with us, and does not commit you to anything.
Within a short time: your enquiry is reviewed
Somebody checks that the details are complete and works out which services are actually relevant to where you live. This step exists because availability genuinely differs by location, and there is no point introducing you to something you cannot access.
Next: we make contact
We contact you using the details you gave us — usually email, sometimes by telephone. If you would rather keep everything in writing, say so in your first reply and we will use email only. We aim to respond promptly during normal business hours, but we do not promise a specific time and we do not run a 24/7 desk.
What that conversation covers: what Murray Capholm is and is not, how the AI-assisted market information is put together, what is available to you, what the costs are likely to be with a provider, and what the risks are. What it does not cover: what you should buy or sell. We are not licensed to give personal financial advice and we will not pretend to be.
Then: you read the detail
If an introduction to a participating provider is relevant, you are given that provider’s terms, fee schedule, verification requirements and risk disclosures, and as long as you want to read them. We will tell you which provider it is, and if we have a commercial arrangement with them we will say so.
A good use of this stage: send the provider the questions from our list and read the replies. If the answers are vague, that is a result, not a delay.
Finally: you decide
If you want to continue, you complete the provider’s own application directly with the provider. From that point the provider handles identity verification, account opening, holding money, execution, statements and withdrawals under its own terms. Murray Capholm does none of those things and cannot act on your account.
If you decide not to continue, you stop. You can also ask us to delete your details, and we will, subject to any records we are required to keep. Neither choice will produce a follow-up campaign.
What will not happen
- You will not be asked to deposit money in order to speak with us.
- You will not be given a deadline, a countdown or a limited-places pitch.
- You will not be told what a market is going to do.
- You will not be offered a guaranteed return, a win rate or an AI accuracy figure.
- You will not be asked for a password, a card number, a wallet key or remote access to your device.
If anything claiming to be us does any of those, it is not us — check it against our official domain and tell us about it.
How to stop, at any point
Reply to any email and say so, or write to [email protected]. You can withdraw your registration, ask us to stop calling, or ask us to delete your details entirely. You do not need to give a reason.
In summary
- Registering asks for four fields and opens no account.
- Your enquiry is reviewed for relevance and location before anyone contacts you.
- We explain, answer questions and give you documents to read — we do not advise.
- A separate provider handles verification, money, execution and withdrawals.
- You can stop, or ask for deletion, at any point without giving a reason.
Now that you know the whole sequence, register your interest when you are ready. Or read how it works and the FAQ first — both are there without giving us anything.
