About the Platform
What is Murray Capholm?
Murray Capholm is an AI-assisted online trading platform that helps traders access financial markets including FX, CFDs and cryptocurrencies. We combine an intuitive dashboard with AI-driven monitoring and a dedicated account manager for every user. We are a service provider — not a financial advisor — and we do not gain or suffer losses from your trades.
Is Murray Capholm regulated?
Murray Capholm operates within the regulatory frameworks applicable to the jurisdictions we serve. Trading FX, CFDs and crypto carries substantial risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Please review our Terms and Conditions and consult an independent advisor if you are unsure whether our services are appropriate for your situation.
Who is Murray Capholm for?
Our platform is designed for traders of all experience levels — from beginners who want a guided onboarding to experienced traders looking for AI-assisted oversight. New users get a personal account manager to walk through KYC, risk preferences and platform features before any deposit is required.
Which assets can I trade?
Through Murray Capholm you can access FX pairs, CFDs on indices and commodities, and major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum and other supported assets. The exact list of instruments available to you depends on your account configuration and jurisdiction. Your account manager will walk you through what is offered.
What makes Murray Capholm different?
Three things: AI-assisted monitoring that surfaces opportunities and watches your positions in real time; 24/7 human support so you always have someone to call; and a transparent fee structure with no hidden charges. We focus on giving you clarity and control rather than promises of guaranteed returns.
Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Registration takes about 60 seconds on our homepage. You provide your name, email, phone number and country of residence — nothing more at this stage. An account manager will reach out shortly after to walk you through onboarding, KYC verification and your risk preferences before any deposit.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes, there is a minimum initial deposit to activate live trading on your account. The exact amount depends on the account type and jurisdiction; your account manager will confirm the current minimum during onboarding. You are never required to deposit until you have completed activation and reviewed the terms.
Do you offer a demo or free trial?
We provide a guided onboarding session with your account manager that walks you through the platform before you fund. Demo account availability varies by jurisdiction. If you would like to explore the dashboard before depositing, mention it on your onboarding call and we will arrange access where possible.
How long does account activation take?
Most accounts are activated within one business day after KYC documents are submitted and verified. Activation includes identity verification, a brief call with your account manager and confirmation of your risk preferences. If anything is missing we will tell you exactly what is needed to move forward.
Do I need trading experience?
No. Murray Capholm is built to support both beginners and experienced traders. Your account manager will walk you through the basics, the dashboard, and how the AI-assisted features work. We always recommend starting cautiously and only trading with money you can afford to lose.
Funds, Fees & Withdrawals
What deposit methods do you accept?
We accept a range of secure deposit methods including major credit and debit cards, bank wire transfers, and selected e-wallets. The exact methods available depend on your country of residence and account type. Your account manager will walk you through the options available to you during onboarding.
Are there any fees to use the platform?
Our fee structure is published openly and explained to you during onboarding. Trading involves standard spreads and applicable commissions depending on the instrument. We do not charge hidden setup or maintenance fees. You will always know what you pay before you trade — please review the fee schedule provided.
How do I withdraw funds?
Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard. Funds are returned to the same method used to deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering rules. Most withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days after verification, depending on your bank and method. Your account manager can assist if you need help submitting a request.
How long do withdrawals take?
Standard processing time is between one and five business days from approval. Card refunds typically settle faster than wire transfers, but external bank processing times can vary. We will keep you informed throughout the process and confirm by email once funds have been sent.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. We publish our spreads, commissions and any applicable financing or inactivity fees up front, and your account manager will go through them with you before you fund. If you ever see a charge you do not understand, contact support and we will explain it in plain language.
Security, Support & Risk
Are my funds safe?
Client funds are held according to the safeguarding rules applicable in our operating jurisdictions, which typically include segregation from company operating funds. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. No platform can eliminate market risk — trading can still result in loss of capital regardless of how funds are held.
How do you protect my personal data?
We follow privacy practices outlined in our Privacy Policy, including encryption, restricted internal access, and standard data-protection controls. We do not sell your personal information. You can contact us at any time to request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
What support is available?
Support is available 24/7 by phone, email and live chat. Every active account is also assigned a personal account manager who is your first point of contact for platform questions, onboarding help and general guidance. For urgent issues, live chat is usually the fastest route to a human agent.
What are the risks of trading?
Trading FX, CFDs and crypto carries substantial risk. Prices can move sharply against you, and you may lose more than your initial deposit on leveraged products. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider seeking independent advice if you are unsure.
How do I close my account?
You can close your account at any time by contacting your account manager or our support team. We will help you withdraw any remaining balance, subject to standard verification, and close the account once the balance is zero. We retain certain records after closure as required by applicable law.
